Ariel Bethesda Florist never fails to amaze me with their floral bouquets and prompt service. I recently purchased the day before mother's day a beautiful "Love you mom" bouquet. It was delivered in a timely manner and the bouquet was beautiful and fresh. I would suggest anyone ordering to throughly look through all bouquet before making your decision. After I placed my order on line as I was ready to log off I saw an arrangement titled "Amazing Mom" which I found stunning. I immediately called the store to see if I could switch arrangements since they were the same price and no more than 3 min have passed. The phone was answered by a very grumpy man that told me they were to busy to change arrangements. So take your time when choosing your arrangement.

I cannot say enough good things about this florist! The delivery, for the order I placed, was over and above my expectations. The delivery driver attempted to deliver my order, but due to unforeseen circumstances was not able to deliver as scheduled. I was told he waited for 45 - 50 minutes to make the delivery, showing commitment to his job and extreme patience. Telephone communication with the shop was prompt and customer service superb as the order was delivered the following day with a fresh arrangement. Our company wanted to send a beautiful floral arrangement to our CEO due to the sudden loss of her brother. We wanted a local florist, and found this shop. The flowers were beautiful, and delivered on the date as expected. I will definitely purchase from here again. The only thing I would recommend is an email that your order has been delivered, or some sort of tracking to keep you updated on your order. Otherwise, great experience and beautiful flowers. Looked just like the photo advertised, if not better.
